What to expect: Loads of FUN!! This trip is suitable for absolute beginners and the optional tracks are challenging enough even for the seasoned offroader.
Newbies are welcome. Myself and other experienced members on the trip will be more than happy to help you understand your vehicle, it's capabilities and how to tackle various obstacles and trails.
Suitable Rigs: Stock Wranglers and Cherokees can breeze through the trail. However, to tackle the optional obstacles and challenges, I recommend All-Terrain tyres and preferably some lift.
Risk: As with any off-road trips, there is a risk of pinstripes, battle scars or even serious damage to the vehicle / people involved.
What to bring: At least half tank of fuel (nearest gas station is coming from Sydney up the great western HWY is Mt Victoria ), Deflators, Air compressor, CB Radio, Recovery gear, Drinks, Lunch, Cameras and a bright smile.
Restrooms: There are no restrooms, neither at the meeting point nor through out the trails. Nearest one is Zig Zag railway if open on the day
