For anyone who hasn't been, Stockton Beach is a big dune playground and long beach drive from the Lavis Lane entrance to the Anna Bay exit.
The trip is suitable for all 4wd Jeeps - AWD vehicles will struggle on the soft sand.
Meeting point:
We'll meet at the Lavis Lane carpark at 9.30am for a 10:00am departure
To have a play on the dunes
Bring your own lunch or have a late lunch at the Anna Bay hotel
What to bring:
You will need to purchase a beach permit from the Metro service station opposite McDonalds at the intersection of Lavis Lane and Nelson Bay Rd.
Recovery gear and sand flag if you have it.
