1 New Street Lawson At 10:00am For a 10:30 leave
An easy run for all Jeeps along a reasonably well-maintained which alternates between gravel and dirt with the occasional sandy sections out to McMahons Lookout the total distance is about 50km
What to expect: Various grades, D/C. Some areas may have a higher grade due to track wear etc.
Suitability: All skill levels and all 4WD Jeeps welcome (See Requirements below).
Requirements: Recovery points front and rear, own recovery gear if needed, good off-road tyres.
Convoy: Max Speed off road is 40Km/h.
Comms: UHF Channel 15 (Club Channel). Comms check prior to convoy moves.
First Aid: All vehicles must carry first aid kits with participants knowledgeable on their use.
Resupply: This is a remote area. Ensure adequate fuel, water and food for the duration of participation
Waste Disposal: Pack it in – pack it all out.
