This trip is for all Jeeps with all terrain tyres
Numbers: Limited to 15 Jeeps including the trip leader
Meeting point will be Clarence Pirie Memorial Park Castlereagh Hwy Capertee
8:30am for a 9:00am departure
Drive out to Old Coles Place
then drive up to Trig Station there will be a little bush walk to the lookout that is about (200m)
Then we will drive to Diamond Mine for lunch overlooking the valley and Explore the old equipment and huts left behind then back down the mount to end the day
Convoy Max Speed Off road is 40km/h
Comms: UHF Channel 15 (club channel). Comms check prior to convoy moves
First aid : All vehicles must carry first aid kits with participants knowledgeable on their use
Resupply: This is a remote area Ensure adequate fuel water and food for the duration of participation
Waste Disposal: PACK IT IN PACK IT OUT
